Weekly scheduled maintenance on
Internet America's equipment will take place each Friday morning at
approximately 5:00 a.m. and will not affect user access for more than
a few minutes.

ACCOUNT TERMS:

All accounts are invoiced in advance.
Accounts not automatically paid by
credit card or bank draft are due on the 1st and are considered past
due after the 10th.
Past due accounts may have their
internet access temporarily deactivated. If the account is not
brought up to date after several days, then services are
terminated. A fee of $10, plus past due and current charges,
must be paid to reactivate terminated accounts.
The customer is responsible for charges
incurred while their account status is active, regardless of whether
the service is actively used or not. To avoid charges accruing
after an account is no longer being used, customer must terminate
their account with Network IT via email, phone, or in person. A
confirmation number for the deactivation will be issued.
